New Website and August Blog
Thanks to Thames Web Design we have a brand new website!
To commemorate such an unforgettable year, we at Howlett Dalzell Accountancy Services Ltd like to offer some positivity and share our joy of the new logo and new website with you. We hope you enjoy the new look as much as we do!
No longer will we be sending out our traditional and dated PDF “newsletter” – we will now email you links to blogs and hope we can keep you updated more frequently as a result. Please ensure you let us know if your email address changes.
Our team updates:
Frieda’s daughter is turning three at the end of the year and already showing great attributes that will help a great deal in her future such as an excellent memory and an exceptional ability to reason/negotiate. These skills may be challenging to live with as a parent of course 😉 Frieda’s experience with dispensing business advice and negotiating change might just come in handy at home.
Geoff’s new house will be finished in the next week or two. He and Sharon are eager to move in and start enjoying the good life they have worked so hard for. He’s still coming in once a week to help out with tax returns and financial reports.
Liz is celebrating a special birthday this month (no we cannot divulge the number of candles on the cake), so be sure to wish her the best if you are chatting with her about your GST or end of year financials.
Melinda adopted a cat during lockdown, who is proving to be a source of great joy, entertainment and will hopefully help fill the gap that her homestay student leaves when he graduates and leaves “home”. It’s unlikely he’ll eat quite as much food though!
Reminders this month:
28 August Provisional Tax due for those with a March balance date
28 August GST return and payment due for period ending 31 July

Companies Office Fee increase:
The Companies Office have increased their filing fee, so you may notice this on your annual invoice if we file your returns for your Limited Liability company. We have not increased our part of the charge but unfortunately, we have to pass on the increase for the Companies Office. This will be less than $20 a year.
